Purpose: The Odessa District is proposing to add a project on I-20 in Martin County, CSJ: 0005-04-074. The virtual public meeting will be available on txdot.gov from Monday, Dec. 1 through Thursday, Dec. 11, keyword search "Odessa Rural TIP Revision." The public will have an opportunity to watch a prerecorded presentation, review exhibits and comment on the proposed revision during this time.
