I’ve never been one to tip-toe around what I’m thinking, so I’ll just say it: Donald Trump has taken a wrecking ball to our children’s future.

Families are losing health care. Kids are going to bed hungry. And Trump even cut all funding for the LGBTQ+ suicide hotline — leaving countless children with nowhere to turn.

So if I had the opportunity to say one thing directly to Donald Trump’s face, it’s this: Leave our kids out of this.

It’s unimaginable that Trump and his MAGA allies in Congress are using our children as political pawns — taking away their health care and the food they need to try and shove their agenda through. Truly despicable.

Our country deserves so much better than Donald Trump. We deserve so much better than a Republican majority that — quite literally — is more interested in protecting sexual predators than investing in our schools, keeping our kids safe, or helping families afford the critical care they need.

I’m fighting every day to end MAGA’s grip on our government for our kids, for working families, and for parents who deserve leaders that have their backs.

And the only way we can do that is by putting Democrats back in charge next year.

There is no realistic world where Democrats take back the House without winning this seat, right here in Colorado. So please, before Republicans have the opportunity to smear the movement we’ve built together, will you chip in $15 or whatever you can to help us take this message to every corner of the district?
