John xxxxxx, Trump and
Republicans in Congress are putting health care at risk for thousands of
Marylanders.

Unless a deal is reached in Congress many people’s health care premiums
will spike, sometimes by tens of thousands of dollars, when their health
care is already too expensive. It is completely unacceptable.

Health care is something that is very personal to me. My father died in
front of me when I was three years old because he didn’t get the health
care he needed.

Making health care costs skyrocket will make our country sicker, more
vulnerable, and it makes no sense. Right now, we need leaders who
understand how personal and how high-stakes the costs of health care are.
We can’t afford political games.
