Dear John,

This week, the federal government reopened after House Democrats stood firm in the fight for your health care for 43 days. I voted no against the Republican spending bill that does nothing to address our nation’s health care crisis or bring down costs for working families. Health care and the cost of living are too expensive in this country, and the American people deserve better.

The cruelty and corruption of Republicans and the Trump Administration have done nothing but drive up your health care costs, harm your quality of life and cause unnecessary confusion and stress.

Too many people in this country and here in the Inland Empire are facing increasing costs that are putting health care further and further out of reach. No matter what, House Democrats will keep fighting back to protect the ACA tax credits that keep your health care affordable, lower the cost of living and address the health care crisis that Republicans have created.
