DWC is accepting public comments on proposed rules amending 28 Texas Administrative Code Sections 128.3 [ [link removed] ], 128.5 [ [link removed] ], 128.6 [ [link removed] ], and 128.7 [ [link removed] ], concerning calculating the average weekly wage. The changes implement sections of the Texas Labor Code.

DWC is also seeking public comments on DWC Form-055 [ [link removed] ], "Request to Adjust Average Weekly Wage for a Seasonal Employee".
