For months now, millions of Philadelphians have been suffering — from the commuters who rely on SEPTA, to our public school students and staff, to everyone who relies on food assistance, and more.

I’ve been working tirelessly to send a clear message to our state legislators: we need a well-funded government.

And John, it paid off! This week, our Pennsylvania state budget was signed into law.

But we have to make sure that our government works for the people it is designed to represent. I’m working hard for you on City Council, for a Philadelphia where everyone has access to affordable housing, opportunities, and a safe community.
