I just wanted to reach out and say thank you.

It’s been a dark and difficult year for so many of us here in Orange County and across the country. But watching so many folks on this team step up, take action, and fight like hell for our democracy and our Constitution, well… it brings me hope.

I know that’s a rare feeling to have these days. But after we helped Democrats win all across the country last week, I’m certain that brighter days are still ahead of us.

But here’s the reality: We need to take back control of Congress to win that brighter future. And my seat is absolutely pivotal to that cause.

As you probably know, my race was one of the closest Democratic wins in 2024 — just two percentage points. Now, there is no realistic world where Democrats take back the House without winning right here in CA-47.

That means I need your help to keep this seat blue, defend our democracy, and finally force Congress to push back against Trump in a real, meaningful way. We’re going to win this race next year one day, one door-knock, and one dollar at a time. And that’s all thanks to you.

The challenges we’re up against are very, very real, and we can’t ignore them. But for the first time in a long time, I’m feeling hopeful. I’m feeling optimistic.
