Dear Neighbors,
As we prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday, our office is proud to share several food distribution events taking place throughout the community. These initiatives are designed to ensure that families across the district have access to fresh produce, turkeys, halal chicken, and essential groceries during the holiday season.
These events are made possible through strong partnerships with community-based organizations, advocates, and service providers committed to supporting Bronx families. We extend our sincere appreciation to Caribbean Equality Project, Phipps Neighborhoods, Borough President Vanessa Gibson, Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, Hunts Point Produce Market, NY Common Pantry, GrowNYC, The CORE FEC, SAPNA NYC, Muna Social Services, The Campaign Against Hunger, MetroPlus Health, Sharing Excess, CM Emerita Torres, NYCHA, SEIU Local 1199, Open Hand Association, Laborers' Local 79 Women's Committee, and more!
All events are outdoors. Please wear warm clothing and bring a cart. First come, first served while supplies last. • Todos los eventos se realizarán al aire libre. Remember, all distributions are first come, first served. We encourage residents to arrive early, dress warmly for outdoor events, and bring a cart or bag for easier transport.
