November is National Family Caregivers Month, and I want to talk about the people we don't talk about enough – the family members caring for aging parents, disabled relatives, or sick loved ones while trying to hold down jobs and raise their own families.

As a dad, I've watched friends and neighbors quietly struggle with this. They're exhausted. They're stressed about money. They feel guilty when they can't do it all. And they rarely get the support they need.

More than 50 million Americans are family caregivers. Many are juggling full-time jobs while managing medications, coordinating doctor appointments, and providing round-the-clock care. It's physically exhausting and financially devastating.

We need policies that actually help:

 - Paid family leave so people don't have to choose between caring for loved ones and keeping their jobs

 - Tax credits for caregiving expenses

 - Better support services and respite care

 - Expanded home healthcare coverage through Medicare and Medicaid

If you're a family caregiver, know this: you're not alone, and what you're doing matters. You deserve support, not just gratitude.

Appreciate you,

Greg 💙🙏
