Dear Friends,

Planning for next April’s Convention is in full swing. Here’s what you need to know right now:

  • Convention will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the DCU Center in Worcester. Held every four years, it remains the largest gathering of Republican activists in Massachusetts.

  • While the Republican State Committee is still finalizing the 2026 rules, one thing is already confirmed: we have room for more than 5,500 delegates, and preparations are underway to maximize the number of credentialed delegates attending the convention.

  • Given the hotly contested state-wide races, interest in this convention is already running high.

  • Convention Eve continues to be one of the most enjoyable traditions, with campaigns and organizations hosting a variety of events throughout the host city.

  • Delegates can expect to hear from notable national figures, as well as the full slate of statewide candidates. Our nominating convention celebrates who we are as a party.

  • To participate as a delegate, individuals must be registered Republicans by December 31, 2025.

  • To qualify to nominate delegates, Republican Ward & Town Committees must be organized by December 31, 2025. Final delegate numbers are still being determined.

Our team at the MassGOP is bursting with excitement at the prospect of hosting a successful and fun event in April aimed at winning back the corner office, building our seats in the legislature and re-establishing a Republican presence at the federal level.

A dedicated convention portal will be launching on our website soon with additional details and resources.

Stay tuned!

Best,

Amy Carnevale
