John,
More than 20,000 pages of Jeffery Epstein’s emails have been released by the House Oversight Committee. And what they reveal is damning for Trump and MAGA:
* Epstein emailed that a teenage victim “spent hours” at Donald Trump’s home. In the email, Epstein called Trump “the dog that hasn’t barked” because the interaction had “never once been mentioned.”
* In an email with Trump biographer Michael Wolff, Epstein wrote that Trump “of course knew about the girls.” Wolff was more than just an observer. Over multiple years he accumulated “upwards of 100 hours” of conversations with Epstein about his relationship with his best friend Donald Trump.
* Despite MAGA’s desperate attempts to cast Democrats — especially Bill Clinton — as the villains in Epstein’s orbit, the emails tell a very different story. In an email, Epstein explicitly wrote that Clinton ‘was NEVER EVER there, never’ in reference to his island — directly contradicting the narrative the right keeps pushing.
After the emails were released, MAGA media snapped into defense mode. In a moment we’ll explain how — and how we’re fighting back — but if you support our efforts, please give $25 or any amount that is meaningful to you today. [[link removed]]
After the emails were released, MAGA media and conservative influencers immediately launched a coordinated effort to defend Donald Trump — dismissing the documents, attacking reporters, and even downplaying Epstein’s abuse:
* Megyn Kelly, reacting to the released emails referencing Trump, went on air to say that a source had told her Epstein might not even accurately be described as a pedophile because he liked “15-year-old girls” — whom she described as “barely legal.”
* Jack Posobiec, a far-right influencer with a history of promoting white supremecist content, dismissed the emails as a “regime media hoax.”
* Rogan O’Handley, a MAGA propagandist with more than 5 million followers, called the email release a “Democrat distraction to smear a good man’s name.”
* Newsmax host Rob Schmitt attacked media outlets reporting on the emails calling them “truly vile.”
It’s a desperate attempt to smear and bury the emails and we’re not having it.
While MAGA was busy spinning conspiracy theories and defending Trump, we built the first fully searchable public database of every Epstein email released by the Oversight Committee — so anyone can read the words themselves.
We’ve provided a link to the database below, but first we need to make an ask for your support. We can only keep fighting MAGA on everything from Epstein to defending our democracy with your continued support. Please power our work with a donation of any amount that is meaningful to you today.
