Licenses purchased online will not arrive in time for tomorrow’s hunt

With Michigan’s firearm deer season opening tomorrow, we know many of you are getting ready for that early start. If you still need your deer license and kill tags, here’s an important reminder.

To be fully set for opening day, please stop by a local retail sales location today. Stores that issue licenses can print your kill tags right on the spot, so you’ll head out tomorrow morning with everything you need.

And while you’re there, consider picking up a Pure Michigan Hunt application. Winners of the January drawing receive an incredible prize package along with licenses for elk, bear, antlerless deer and spring/fall turkey hunts – plus first pick at a managed waterfowl area for a reserved hunt. It’s a great chance to make next season unforgettable.

Good luck, and happy hunting!
