Yesterday Adelita Grijalva was finally sworn into office after weeks of being blocked by Speaker Mike Johnson. And the first thing she did was sign the petition to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

BUT…

Trump is waging a full court press to get Republicans to take their name off the petition. And if any of them do, the petition could fail in the House. That’s where TEXAS comes in.

Texas’s 18th District has gone more than 250 DAYS without a representative in Congress. Greg Abbott has refused to set a date for the runoff election to replace Rep. Sylvester Turner, who unfortunately passed away in office back in March.

Abbott knows that whoever fills this seat will sign the petition to release the Epstein files. So on behalf of his boss Trump, he’s denying Texans their representative in Congress.

That’s why me and my colleagues in the Texas delegation recently sent a letter to Abbott demanding that he give the people of Texas’s 18th district a voice in Congress. But we need your help to turn up the pressure.
