. . . Shouldn't criminal behavior be punished? . . .

Patriot,

I’m completely baffled.

Nobody -- absolutely nobody -- questions whether Jeffrey Epstein was an awful person who engaged in horrific criminal acts.

He is accused of human trafficking, money laundering, and fraud. His tentacles reached the highest seats of power around the world.

His actions should disgust any sane person. And Epstein’s human trafficking is even worse because it involved innocent children. Epstein was arrested and charged with sexually abusing and exploiting hundreds of girls, some as young as 14 years old!

When he was running for president, Donald Trump called for the full release of the Epstein files.

After his election, Trump stated he wanted Attorney General Pam Bondi to release "whatever she thinks is credible."

In February, in response to a question about when Epstein’s client list would be made public, Bondi said she had it on her desk and would soon release it.

Before coming into power earlier this year, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino used their powerful platforms to raise serious questions about what the government was hiding by slow walking the investigation. They vowed to be transparent and release the files to the American people.

And then something changed.

Trump now calls everything about the Epstein files a “Democrat hoax.”

The New York Times reported yesterday, “Mr. Trump spent the hours before the final signature feverishly lobbying Republican signatories to remove their names, including dispatching the attorney general and FBI director to meet with Representative Lauren Boebert, Republican of Colorado, in the White House Situation Room.”

Bondi now says she meant she had files related to Epstein, not the Epstein client list.

Patel and Bongino went on national TV to announce there was nothing to see. Case over.

There is no doubt most on the left see the release of the files as a way to sideline Trump and his agenda.

And some on the right see the release of the files as an unnecessary distraction to the Trump agenda.

Regardless, the full release of the files – with the victims’ names redacted – is sure to embarrass a lot of people.

And these people will more than likely include powerful people: world leaders and politicians, business leaders, and the Deep State.

But being part of the world’s elite shouldn’t excuse anyone if they hurt children and broke other laws!

They need to be held accountable.

As Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) said, "We can't avoid justice just to avoid embarrassment for some very powerful men."

Now there is good news and bad news . . .

Finally, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has agreed to a vote on releasing the Epstein files next week!

But it took a discharge petition introduced by Massie to force Johnson’s hand. Thanks to the petitions and phone calls from good people like you, Campaign for Liberty turned up the pressure on Congress to push the discharge petition over the finish line.

But our job just got harder.

You see, we need a veto-proof majority vote in the House.

The good news is more Republicans are expected to vote in favor of the Epstein Files Transparency Act next week, because they don’t want to be on the wrong side of covering for a pedophile.

The same holds true in the U.S. Senate where the bill would head after it presumably passes the House.

But if Trump is lobbying against the bill, how many Republicans will be afraid to go against him?

You and I both know the Democrats are using this issue as a cudgel against Trump, insinuating he played a role in Epstein’s crimes.

But even the victims who are supporting this bill have adamantly insisted Trump was not involved!

It’s our goal to bring justice to those who played a part in these despicable crimes.

That’s where you come in.

You and I need to turn up the heat on Congress now and demand they support transparency and give the American people what we’ve been promised over and over and over.

We need to make sure the Epstein Files Transparency Act passes . . . and passes BIG!

We need veto-proof numbers.

Next week, Campaign for Liberty staff will be on Capitol Hill delivering your petitions to members of the U.S. House.

So please sign your updated Release the Files petition now so you and I can send a strong message to Congress: justice must be rendered!

Donald Trump said Epstein was a “creep.” But now many at high levels of our government are trying to throw away the files and just move on, letting the country’s and world’s powerful and elite walk away unscathed.

It’s not right.

Sign your updated Release the Files petition now so you and I can pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act with veto-proof numbers.

For liberty,

John McCardell

P.S. You and I are one step closer to getting the Epstein files released . . . one step closer to exposing those who were a part of Epstein’s disgusting human trafficking of children!

The U.S. House will vote next week on the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

We need to flood Congressional offices with petitions from you and thousands upon thousands of other patriots.

Please sign your updated Release the Files petition now.

Even if your representative has voiced support for this bill in the past, it is important they still hear from you.

And if you can, please follow up with a generous contribution as well. Your support is the only thing that keeps us in the fight for liberty.
