This is unacceptable.

The Department of Homeland Security says they “don’t arrest U.S. citizens for immigration enforcement.”

But at least 170 Americans they’ve detained know that’s not true.

Please join me in demanding DHS stop these unlawful and unconstitutional arrests and calling for urgent investigations into their conduct.

U.S. citizen and Veteran George Retes Mr. Retes was wrongfully jailed for three days by Trump's federal agents. Three days.

ProPublica reports: “They broke his window, they pepper sprayed him, they grabbed him, threw him on the floor."

This is how Trump treats our heroes.

If Trump can detain citizens—including combat Veterans—for days without cause, no one is safe from his whims.

We cannot allow this to continue. We need investigations. Now.

I am calling on DHS to answer for these extreme enforcement tactics, but we’re more powerful when we speak out together.
