Earlier this month, Democrats won big in elections across the country. A woman became governor in Virginia for the first time in its history. Democrats in Mississippi broke the supermajority in the state Senate for the first time in 13 years. And Democrats in Georgia flipped not one, but TWO, Public Service Commission races–marking the first time a Democrat was in these seats since 2000.

Results like these were filled with excitement for Democrats. But for Republicans, it was a rude awakening. And now, Speaker Mike Johnson just said it best himself: "Trump is on the ballot in 2026."

We haven't even had a year under this Trump presidency and the American people are already showing how much they stand against it. They are sick of seeing our rights eroded, our needs forgotten, and the priorities of the wealthy and well-connected coming before all else.

Republicans are making it official: Their agenda is Trump's agenda. And if we want to put an end to Trump's agenda once and for all, then we need to take back the majority in Congress next November.
