Webinar #1: Protecting Mothers and Babies: Advocating for Families Amid Immigration Enforcement

As immigration enforcement intensifies across the U.S., growing numbers of pregnant, postpartum and nursing women are being detained — putting the health and safety of families at risk. Join Start Early and the Women’s Refugee Commission for a timely discussion on how maternal health professionals and advocates can respond.


This session will share practical tools and resources to help document detentions, support affected families and advance local and state “safe space” policies that protect expectant women and new parents, including through home visiting programs.
