David Young is running for
reelection in Iowa’s 3rd congressional district. Young was elected in
2014 and reelected in 2016 but was narrowly defeated in 2018. In what
is sure to be one of the closest races in the nation, Young is gearing
up to rematch Cindy Axne to return conservative values to Iowa’s 3rd
district.

The RJC is backing David Young
because he’s:
- Staunchly pro-Israel;
- Stood
strong against the Obama Iran deal; and
- Wrote a
bill to stop violent incitement in the textbooks used in Palestinian
schools.
When Representative Cindy Axne was
campaigning against then-Congressman David Young in 2018, she promised
to be an independent representative for Iowa's closely divided 3rd
district. Now, Young is back to reclaim his seat, and he's holding
Axne accountable for her partisan record of voting with Nancy Pelosi
94% of the time.
