The conservative majority on the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a GOP-backed lawsuit that could make Trump’s dangerous plan a reality.

If the Court sides with Republicans, states could be forced to reject ballots that arrive after Election Day — effectively silencing millions of voters, especially rural, senior, and disabled Americans who depend on mail voting to make their voices heard.
