PAM’s List Congratulates Governor-Elect Mikie Sherrill on her Historic Win

November 4, 2025 marked a resounding success for Democratic women across New Jersey, led by Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill. PAM’s List proudly celebrates the victories of 44 of their endorsed candidates. Governor-elect Sherrill’s victory sent a clear message to the rest of the country that strong, Democratic women are key to driving out voters, running informed and effective campaigns, and flipping red districts blue.

“Every year is a critical election year, but 2025 served as an opportunity to underscore New Jersey’s progressive values in the face of a federal government that continues to try and erode them,” said Paulina O’Connor and Kay LiCausi, Co-Chairs of PAM’s List. “We are proud to see women on the frontlines of change, succeed in their campaigns, and continue the fight for equality, justice, and the future of reproductive freedom.”

At the top of the ticket, PAM’s List is particularly excited to celebrate Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill, who won the race by a massive thirteen points statewide, 56% to 43%. Her coattails led to the potential pick up of five legislative seats. This election makes her the first Democratic woman to lead New Jersey – the second woman overall – and the first gubernatorial candidate in over sixty years to succeed a two-term governor of the same party.

Now more than ever, New Jersey needs a governor who will stand up to attacks against women and reproductive health care choices. The newly-elected women candidates, led at the top of the ticket by Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill, will stand firm in protecting New Jersey’s future.

PAM’s List endorsed a diverse slate of candidates running for offices up and down the ballot: from Governor, to the state legislature, to county offices, down to local mayoral positions. PAM’s List congratulates the newly-elected and re-elected endorsed candidates below.
