*November 12, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 20003-261-EA-25 (Record No. 17998)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company), for authority to implement Transmission Cost Adjustment Mechanism (TCAM) rates of $0.03575 per kilowatt hour (kWh) for Residential Service, $0.03001 per kWh for Commercial Service, $0.02767 per kWh for Secondary General Service, $0.02368 per kWh for Primary General Service, $0.02628 per kWh for Industrial Contract Service, $0.02489 per kWh for Industrial Transmission Service, and $0.01662 per kWh for Lighting Service. CLFP also requests authority to record and preserve a portion of the 2025 network transmission service costs through a deferred accounting order.
