Voters and candidates in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Minnetonka, and St. Louis Park embraced the power to rank, and once again demonstrated how well RCV works. Voters turned out in record numbers, ranking their ballots with confidence, and electing leaders with broad, majority support.
