Terrance is a racial justice law and policy professional. He serves as the Vice Chair for Jefferson County Public Schools Advisory Council for Racial Equity (ACRE) and is the former executive director of the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights (KCHR). He was also a writing fellow with changewire.org.
