As part of our new mental health equity initiative, The Upright, AFSP recently held its [first Upright Summit]([link removed]). This virtual event brings together local and national experts who connect communities and drive change in the suicide prevention field. The Summit also spotlights community-based programs that show measurable impact in suicide prevention, an increase in help-seeking behaviors, and stigma reduction.
