WILL President and General Counsel Rick Esenberg said, "Governor Evers used the partial veto power to create new laws never approved by the legislature. The Court’s decision recognizes limits to the partial veto power that will safeguard liberty and uphold the separation of powers."

WILL Director of Education Policy Libby Sobic has been on top of the emerging battle over CARES Act relief for private schools in Wisconsin. This week, the Wisconsin Department of Justice sued the federal Education Department in an attempt to block this relief from going to private schools.
