Friend,
This is serious: A bill has been introduced in Congress that could end lifesaving protections for grizzly bears under the Endangered Species Act. It directs the Department of the Interior to remove federal ESA protections from the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem grizzly bears, regardless of what bear biologists say they need, and even worse, it would block courts from being able to review this hasty action.
We can’t afford to do nothing while anti-wildlife officials and lobbyists doom grizzly bears to extinction. But we need you to continue the fight to help this iconic species survive. Please: Donate $20 or more now to fight to protect grizzly bears and all animals who need us.

Grizzly bears were almost wiped out once before, but thanks to the Endangered Species Act, they’ve slowly started to recover. Sadly, only an estimated 2,000 grizzly bears exist in the lower 48 states, and their populations won’t survive if their critical ESA protections are removed.
Your immediate support is crucial to our efforts to fight these anti-wildlife bills and push Congress in the right direction, so please: Donate to Humane World Action Fund, formerly called Humane Society Legislative Fund, today to continue the fight to protect grizzly bears from extinction and end cruelty toward vulnerable animals everywhere.
