There are 3 things you need to know about me:

When I was 10 years old, getting sworn in as a US citizen, I first took an oath to support our Constitution. I took it again as a diplomat, standing up to dictators like Putin, and again serving New Jersey in the House of Representatives.
In the House, I fought for affordable health care, infrastructure, and jobs, while standing up for our common values. I took on corruption and the harm Big Tech does to our democracy and our kids. I was the first swing district Democrat in America to call for Trump’s impeachment after he extorted Ukraine.
I’m running in the quick special election to fill Mikie Sherrill’s House seat, now that she’s been elected New Jersey governor. This will be the first and likely only special House election of 2026. It is the next race we have to win to turn the country around, and it will set the table for next year’s midterms.
