This Wednesday - join us online for Boundary Waters yoga class

Join us online for Boundary Waters
inspired yoga class

"You don't need a canoe or a pack, you just need a willingness to settle into your body and surrender to the landscape that is your mind."

Join us online for Boundary Waters yoga classes on Wednesday, July 15th and July 29th! These classes are led by one of our Volunteer Ambassadors, Matt Olson. Matt lives in St. Paul, Minnesota where he volunteers for the Campaign by building awareness of the toxic copper mine that threatens the Boundary Waters.

These classes are a great opportunity to reconnect within yourself and the Boundary Waters community as well. There is also a suggested donation of $5 - $10 to help protect the Boundary Waters. Please make sure you RSVP to reserve a spot.

As Matt says - “I see many similarities between a trip to the Boundary Waters and my yoga practice. Rather than looking outward, yoga shows us and helps us better connect to our inner-landscape. The same connection to the Wilderness we have can be found in a yoga practice.”

Join us for one or all online yoga sessions -- all levels welcome!
We hope to see you there.
