We have another potentially GREAT bit of NFA news to share: The legal team will be asking a Judge tomorrow to grant Summary Judgment in the FPC-supported case, Jensen v. ATF.

As you know, FPC is already planning to ask a Judge in Brown v. ATF (that’s our direct NFA challenge) to grant us Summary Judgment by this Friday’s deadline!

And now Jensen (another FPC-backed NFA case) is being teed up to effectively give our coalition two chances at defeating the NFA without having to go any further in court!

In case you’re not up on what Summary Judgment is, Friend, it’s just a fancy way of resolving an entire lawsuit in one go. 

So, in other words, if Summary Judgment is granted in our favor, we could finally see the destruction of the NFA and be able to “just put a stock on it!”

But as both of these cases approach the critical MSJ stage this week, it’s doubly important that we receive your full support in order to fire on all cylinders.
