Everyone should have access to clean water, but the Trump administration is dead set on chipping away at the laws underpinning that fundamental right. They're allowing corporations to do what they want with no regard to our water's safety, even during a global pandemic.

Right here in New Hampshire, in communities like Merrimack, Granite Staters are struggling with a public health crisis after investigations have found PFAS contamination in public and private water wells. We have to do better to guarantee clean water for every person.

Earlier this year, Chris and his House colleagues introduced a resolution calling on the Environmental Protection Agency to strengthen the Clean Water Act after the Trump administration rolled back critical protections.
