Each day, the Trump Administration grows bolder with its testing of constitutional limits - sidestepping Congress, launching unauthorized military action, attempting to silence its opponents, and trampling our individual rights. And the Supreme Court — the very institution meant to defend our democracy — is instead fast-tracking this descent toward authoritarian rule.

We, the legal community and allies, must not be silent in these critical times.
