In less than a month, we’ll be arguing a critical case at the U.S. Supreme Court. And as our December 3rd oral argument draws closer, I am asking you to pray for this critical case.
Because of your support, we can represent Gabe Olivier and argue for his right to have his day in court.
After being banned from sharing his faith in a public park by a local ordinance, Gabe filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the law. But he never got the opportunity to plead his case.
A decision in this case will impact the civil rights of all Americans, religious or not.
Even more, a favorable ruling by the justices could lead to the protection of every person’s right to share their faith in a public park.
That’s why your prayers for a positive outcome in this case are so important.
