political weapon.

According to a new MSNBC report, he plans to appoint Dan Bishop — a far-right
election denier — as U.S. Attorney for North Carolina. Bishop has openly called
for Republicans to wage “legal warfare” against liberals and compared Trump’s
criminal trials to Jim Crow–era persecution.
