Over the last few months, you probably received countless emails from organizations like ours explaining the stakes of last week’s elections and asking you to give your time or a donation to support their cause.

Maybe you even heard from canvassers knocking on your door or volunteers calling about elections near you.

First, we want to say thank you for sticking with us through the uptick in outreach.

Second, we hope you’ll let us explain why those emails mattered, how support from people like you helped deliver big wins last week, and what that means for the road ahead.

In 2025, while billionaires like Elon Musk and Jeffrey Yass spent millions in opposition to Democratic candidates, the DNC invested in every single state Democratic Party as a part of our initiative to organize everywhere, so we can win anywhere.

These aren’t investments in any one single candidate — these are investments in the people. As the organization best positioned to distribute resources where and when they’re needed most, much of that money went directly toward recruiting hundreds of thousands of volunteers, who then contacted millions of voters, in states across the country.

That strategy paid off. Voters showed up.

This work was only possible through the support of grassroots supporters like you. To take back Congress in 2026, we’ll need to execute this strategy again, on an even bigger scale. Will you consider a donation to the DNC today to help?
