Friends,

Today, we honor our past and present service members who’ve dedicated their lives to protecting our country and those that call it home.

It’s a day when we should be able to put aside partisanship and political talking points and simply say, “thank you for your service.”

But Veterans Day is also an opportunity for the rest of us to renew our commitment to making sure their sacrifices don’t go unnoticed.

It should go without saying, but no veteran should be going hungry, unhoused, or unable to access healthcare.

In honoring their sacrifice, we as Americans should be able to provide for those that have given so much.

So to those who have served, and to their families and loved ones, we thank you.
