1) New York and New Jersey Have Lost $670 Billion of Income from Movers
So their solution is to keep raising taxes on the rich who don’t file tax returns there anymore. That’ll turn things around. See below some incredible charts from our research featured in the New York Post this morning! ([link removed])

2) How the Left Made Wealth Inequality MUCH Worse
The WSJ noted yesterday that the wealthiest 20% of Americans own 87% of the stock. That's a number that has drifted up from 76% 30 years ago.

The Bernie Sanderses and Elizabeth Warrens of the world have seized on these numbers as an indication that capitalism directs wealth and income to the rich and privileged.
What a bunch of hypocrites. We've long been lobbying (since the early 1990s) for allowing young Americans to put their 12% FICA tax into a personal account that would hold an index fund of all stocks. If we had done that, then nearly all 50, 60 and 70 year olds would have substantial wealth in personal accounts. Even the poorest Americans would own stock.
The liberals (most of whom have substantial stock holdings themselves) screamed about the stock market being "too risky" - but of course equities are only risky in the short term. But NOT in the long run, as 150 years of stock market performance reveals.
So now, only higher income Americans own stock and Liberals complain about it endlessly. They apparently don't want America to be a nation of owners. That's the best way to spread the wealth.

3) The Real Landslide on Election Day
[link removed]
And this was in a state that voted to suspend its own bipartisan commission!
Will the politicians ever listen to the voters? We think redistricting everywhere should be done by computer optimization algorithms that put voters closest to the center of the district.

4) Health Care Inflation Began Way Before Obamacare
An astute HOTLINE reader sent this chart showing that the real explosion in health care spending started when LBJ and his Great Society enacted Medicare and Medicaid in the mid-1960s. These federal programs grew in cost at three to four times the rate of growth of the rest of the economy.
Prior to the federal intervention in the health insurance market health costs grew at about the overall rate of the economy.
A chart with the title, "National health expenditures as a percentage of GDP."
The program’s payroll tax also snatched money out of worker paychecks, and so real after-tax wages started to stagnate. Obamacare started in 2016 and that only put coals on the fire of already red hot health care inflation.
The moral of the story: the more the federal government intervenes in the health care markets, the more expensive health care becomes.

5) Are You Ready for Two Senators From…Guam?
We've warned for years that the next time the Left wins control of Congress, they will push to make both Washington D.C. (population 702,000) and Puerto Rico (where less than half the people speak English) new states that will each elect two U.S. Senators. Supporters claim no Constitutional amendment would be needed to make either change.
Now, we learn they also are plotting to add the U.S. territory of Guam to their wish list of new stars in the U.S. flag. An astroturf campaign is underway to build support for the idea among the 164,000 residents (the same population as Killeen, Texas).

The Guam Decolonization Commission, a government agency, is demanding statehood. "We must solidify our place in the American family such that any attack on Guam [by China] is unmistakably an attack on the United States itself," says local lawmaker Will Parkinson.
The real agenda is for the Left to secure two MORE senators so that someone like, oh, AOC can someday be Senate Majority Leader.
