It is an honor to share Identity’s FY25 Annual Report and to invite you to get to know the brave and resilient community you have helped strengthen.
This report offers a snapshot of how the right support at the right time empowers people facing unimaginable challenges to face them and seize new opportunities. With community members, staff, Board, and allies like you, we supported more than 46,000 neighbors in FY25 whose wellbeing, livelihoods and education were at risk.
Like family, we share a vision of a society that nurtures every young person and family. Together, we celebrate victories, stand firm in hard times and help build a stronger, more vibrant Montgomery County.
