John,
I can hardly believe it’s over.
Sunday, we closed our Leadership Summit with a special time of prayer and worship.
As our leaders took off to catch flights or start the drive back to their home states, I was once again overwhelmed by what I just witnessed.
Hundreds of concerned citizens, setting aside busy schedules to prioritize something that’s bigger than themselves.
This movement isn’t about you or me—it’s about liberty and self-governance for future generations.
As a father, the thought of passing my generation’s debts on to my children is gut-wrenching.
It gets me fired up and ready to do whatever it takes to protect this precious gift of liberty… no matter what it takes. If that means laying down my time, my finances, my life… I’m ready and raising my hand.
And after what I witnessed this week, I know I’m not alone.
Convention of States leaders are returning to your state, and they’re on fire. Brace yourself, because I can feel big things in the water for this movement in the coming months.
The sentiment at the end of the summit could best be likened to what was written in the final sentence of the Declaration of Independence, “We mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.”
Thank you to all who made this possible.
Yours in the fight,
Mark Meckler
President
