Dear John,
Veterans Day gives our nation a moment to reflect and give thanks for the men and women who have served in America’s Armed Forces. They have carried the weight of protecting our freedom, and many continue to carry unseen burdens long after returning home.
Too many of our heroes face deep emotional and spiritual struggles. Suicide is now the second leading cause of death for veterans under 45. Even after years of programs and investments, many continue to suffer in silence.
Family Policy Alliance believes that veterans who want faith-based support should have access to it.
This Veterans Day, we invite you to honor our veterans in a meaningful way. Please add your name to a letter to Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins. The letter (below) urges the Department of Veterans Affairs to integrate tested digital faith-based tools that can help save lives and strengthen the care veterans receive.
Together, we can express gratitude in a way that brings comfort, hope, and real support to the brave men and women who defended our country.
For America,
