A lot to share today — from new defensive gun use reports to my
latest USPSA match footage.
First up, a 79-YEAR-OLD VIETNAM VETERAN DEFENDED HIMSELF AGAINST A
NAKED ATTACKER [5] after a brutal assault left him with broken legs.
In California, a MAN SHOT AN INTRUDER WHO WAS ALLEGEDLY ATTACKING A
RESIDENT WITH A WOODEN POLE [6], and NBA player CHRISTIAN WOOD
REPORTEDLY USED GUNFIRE TO SCARE OFF MASKED INTRUDERS AT HIS SHERMAN
OAKS HOME [7].
On a lighter note, I posted a new video showing ALL FIVE OF MY STAGE
RUNS FROM YESTERDAY’S USPSA MATCH — my fifth overall and first
since September after dealing with a few injuries. It was also my
first match drawing from concealment. I learned a ton, worked through
a few malfunctions, and got some great stage advice from the match
director afterward.
