Millions of families are hurting because of Donald Trump’s reckless economic agenda. His obsession with tariffs has increased grocery prices and made it harder for American businesses to operate.
That’s not leadership. It’s chaos.
Even after a judge ruled that he had to fund SNAP benefits, Trump didn’t back down. He continued to push back on judges’ orders so that he could continue to deny families the support they desperately need.
Right now, parents are wondering how they’ll stretch their grocery budgets. Grandparents are skipping meals so their grandkids can eat. No one in the wealthiest country in the world should have to make those choices.
Meanwhile, Nicole Malliotakis cheers on the same extremists responsible for this crisis.
We know Americans reject their partisan approach; we saw those results bear out in elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and even right here in New York.
