Prop 50 passes

The headline from the New York Times says it all, John.
I don't want a governor who's our president's "antagonist." I want him to be
YOUR biggest advocate and ally.
What happened last week with Prop 50 was Gavin Newsom's attempt to boost his
national image among Democrats and to troll Republicans – completely ignoring
the negative repercussions his games will have on California for decades.
Despite the setback, I'm not one to complain. It won't do us any good, and
besides,we have work to do to prepare for 2026.

The gerrymandered map that just passed makes the hill we have to climb next
yeara little steeper. But it’s NOT insurmountable. I’ve won tough races before,
and with you by my side, I can do it again.
This means we’ll need to prepare smarter, organize earlier, and make sure our
message cuts throughLOUDER THAN EVER BEFORE.
Will you rush $50 to help us overcome the obstacles Prop 50 has placed in our
path and build the early foundation we’ll need to win?

I’ve beaten the odds when they were stacked against us. I know we can do it
again, but only if we start preparingright now.
Thank you for everything you do!
