Yesterday I had the privilege of attending IDP’s Liberty and Justice event in Des Moines as a guest speaker, and if there’s one key takeaway I had, it’s this:

Iowa is more than ready to elect new leadership.

To say the energy in the building was high would be an understatement. Folks showed out in large numbers to tune in and engage with how we can move Iowa and our country forward.

We know there’s a lot of momentum in the numbers here — four wide-open battleground races and four special election victories — but the real momentum came from the people who showed up, fired up, for our future.

With all of the competitive races on the ballot next year, IDP needs your support to keep the momentum going. The open Senate race and four competitive House races in Iowa could decide which party controls the House and Senate, so IDP is going to continue doing everything they can to support the dedicated candidates running to put Iowa families first.

Yesterday was a great day to plan for the future, but we’ve got to continue mobilizing today, tomorrow, and the day after that to make sure Iowa is ready to send Democrats to office. Will you chip in $25 to IDP today to help Iowa Democrats pull off major victories next fall?
