BREAKING, John:
Eight corporate Senate Democrats just caved and voted to surrender our
healthcare to Republicans who plan to raise premiums for millions of
Americans to pay for Trump’s billionaire tax cuts.
Democrats held their ground for 40 days — the longest government shutdown
in American history — to stop health insurance premiums from skyrocketing
even higher than they already are for millions of working people.
Then, these eight corporate Democrats folded… for nothing in return. And
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer let them.
It’s time for Chuck Schumer to step down as the Democratic leader in the
Senate.
This is absolutely pathetic behavior by the so-called opposition party.
Voters expected Democrats to hold the line for their basic healthcare and
food benefits — instead, they surrendered.
Every Senate Democrat who joined Republicans to pass this resolution sold
the American people out, and we should make sure they have no future in
public office.
This is what Justice Democrats has been saying from the beginning: we
don’t just need more Democrats in office — we need champions for
working-class communities who will actually fight for the people.

Voting blue no matter who isn’t enough,
John. It’s time we make that clear to the
feckless Democrats leading our party and make room for real fighters.
In solidarity,
Justice Democrats
