At Achieva’s Bridgeville Pallets and Packaging plant, Deangelo is trained as a pallet artisan, gaining valuable manufacturing skills and workplace experience.

Historically, people with disabilities have been excluded from traditional employment opportunities, resulting in an unemployment rate for this group that is approximately twice the national average. Achieva’s supported employment program connects people with disabilities with job opportunities that match their skills, interests and talents.
