Partisan polarization is at an all-time high, and trust in democratic institutions is hitting historic lows. Keeping the government open has become a political battlefield, as families lose SNAP benefits, travelers face delays, and public servants go unpaid. The vitriol that demonizes “the other side” has spilled over into alarming acts of political violence.
So it’s no surprise that for many, hope feels out of reach. But Future Caucus lawmakers are showing the world that a better way is possible. And now, we’re telling their stories in a new short film: Working for People Over Power. [[link removed]]
