While her fellow Republicans in Congress dressed up as jedis, Taylor Swift, and zombies, Lauren Boebert could not help but go the racist route for her Halloween costume.
She donned a sombrero and wore a vile sign, meant to be read in a crude Mexican accent that stated, “Mexican word of the day: Juicy. Tell me if juicy ICE coming.”
2025 has been ICE’s deadliest year in two decades. Migrants are being tortured, deprived of food and water, and disappeared. Boebert can’t help but mock them.
Boebert and her costume embodies the rot that has metastasized within the Republican party and threatens to turn our nation into a totalitarian hell. They are devoid of empathy, compassion, and any decency toward their fellow man.
Boebert is in Congress because of 546 votes. In 2024 when she went head to head with her Democratic opponent, labor leader Trisha Calvarese, she massively underperformed Trump in every county whereas Trisha had the best performance a Democrat has ever had in this district. She is vulnerable and Trisha is back to finish the job in 2026.
