Lights, Camera, Cognition: Keeping Your Mind Sharp
Wednesday, November 19
3 pm ET/2 pm CT/12 pm PT
November is Brain Health and Alzheimer's Awareness Month—a powerful reminder that it's never too early (or too late) to care for your brain. Whether you're on stage, behind the scenes or between gigs, your brain matters. Taking small steps today can support your memory, focus and long-term cognitive wellness.
Join us for an educational workshop specifically designed for professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. This workshop explores simple, everyday habits that support brain health, like staying mentally and physically active, eating well, sleeping better and staying socially connected. Taking care of your brain is just as important as caring for your body, especially in a fast-paced, creative world. Simple daily habits can support memory, focus and long-term brain health. The Entertainment Community Fund is proud to promote brain health this November because we care deeply about supporting the lifelong well-being of our creative community.
Protect your creativity. Prioritize your mind.
