The Voting Rights Act protects the right to vote for millions of people across the country. Without it, the result would be a patchwork of laws that could allow for any state to deny whoever they want to vote for whatever reason they wanted.
Republicans have set their sights on destroying the Voting Rights Act, because they know that they can’t win elections without cheating and hand-picking their voters!
