John -
I’m excited to share some incredible news. This past weekend, Lillian’s List hosted our Campaign Camp , our signature three-day intensive training for aspiring campaign managers - and it was a tremendous success.
We welcomed 48 future campaign leaders into our program. Over the course of three days, participants gained practical, hands-on experience in every major area of running a competitive campaign: building a budget, fundraising, managing field operations, crafting paid communications, and developing a strong, values-driven message.
Our trainees left confident, prepared, and ready to power the campaigns that will shape North Carolina’s future. Many of these participants will go on to lead campaigns up and down the ballot, helping elect more progressive women who fight for our values.
This is how we win - by investing early and deeply in the people who make campaigns run.
We are proud of the work we accomplished together this weekend, and there is so much more we can do. To keep offering high-impact trainings like Campaign Camp, we rely on your support.
I invite you to make a donation today to help us continue building the talent pipeline the progressive women in our state needs. Every contribution helps ensure future candidates have the strategic, skilled teams they need to win.
